It is with great pleasure that we introduce to you Arabian Seals Company Ltd. (ASC) the first Saudi Arabian Joint Venture company to manufacture,sell and service mechanical seals, sealing systems and other related products for the Petroleum, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Generation and Water Processing Industries.
ASC is a J.V. with Durametallic / Flowserve Corporation of the USA, one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of engineered mechanical seals for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, reactors, agitators, mixers, etc. Located in the Dammam Industrial City No.1, ASC’s 2000 square meter facility has started commercial production on January 1, 1994. The entire range of Durametallic seals and sealing systems are being manufactured and serviced at the facility to the highest quality control standards.
The Sales and Service organisation of ASC comprises of experienced engineers capable of making specific sealing recommendations to achieve the most cost effective solution to any given application and conducting on-site failure analysis when required. ASC’s Management is fully committed and determined to position the Company as a true partner to the Fluid Process Industry in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. To support this commitment ASC’s manufacturing facility is capable of providing the following essential services:
- In Kingdom manufacturing which will provide high quality sealing products and eliminates the need for lengthy and complicated imports.
- In Kingdom inventory which will ensure quick delivery of spare parts thus reducing equipment down time with significant cost benefits to the customer.
- In Kingdom technical support capability assures fast response to customer needs. This includes the ability to evaluate, design, size, select and supply the correct mechanical seal and system for a given application. Also trouble shoot and perform seal failure analysis, on-site, for any problem applications.
- In Kingdom training programs tailored to suit customer’s engineering, maintenance or operations personnel, to increase their awareness of the critical aspects of installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical seals.
